One of my favorite things to do when I was growing up was going through all of the photos my mom would have from her whole life. Events from birthday parties, cookouts, weddings, holidays, random Tuesdays, etc. I would love to go through these and ask who these people were, what the story was of the day, and try to live in that moment!
Obviously, at that time I had no idea how that would shape things, but I bring those feelings to how I try to take photos of everything. Photography is generational, and If that sounds dramatic, good! I want you to look back at your photos in a month.. in a year.. in 10 years with family and relive them 1000 times over!
Anyway, I can't wait to hangout with you! Where I will probably quote something from an obscure tv show, Star Wars, or Anime!

My Philosophy around giving you the best experience is simple:
I'm going to listen to you! We are strangers (usually) to begin with...and we quickly need to change that.
Hopping on the phone, video call, or meeting in person. One of those has to be the first step!
There is so much we can learn from each other from that first conversation, to make sure we can bring to live what you are envisioning.

I love to see how your kids run around during family photos, in moments that feel like chaos at the time, but turn in to snapshots of bliss forever.

The biggest thing I want people to know about my style to photography is that we will go with the flow!
For Weddings, there will be a plan in place from start to finish. We will make sure the timeline makes sense and we know where and when everything and everyone needs to be. But When things get backed up by a few minutes, or we lose a party member for a period of time... we will adjust and it will be fine!
My style is very canid! But I will help make sure you are posed for the more structured photos!
The other thing I want to make sure you know... is that I understand you are not usually a pro at getting your picture taken. For most it is usually the first wedding you have had.. the first set of couples photos in your relationship... the first time you had to bribe your family to get together for family photos.. and that is Ok. I will help you be yourself through it all!
I just cannot wait for you to see the photo that I sneak in to your gallery, of your uncle on the dance floor, getting lower than he thought his knees could take him these days.
Rain, hail or shine, I won’t miss a beat. Honestly we will probably have more fun!

I am a gigantic movie lover and TV show fanatic. I would go see a new movie a week if possible (I have a toddler, for those who say "Just do it!). I love all genres and eras. My weakness is if I see someone in a movie that i recognize from something... I have to immediately look it up.
I am a bigger Star Wars fan. The quickest way to derail any productivity is to strike up a conversation on anything Star Wars.
Fantasy books/shows and Anime are the guilty pleasures. I am always elbow deep in a random one and love to compare notes!
